Social Media is going to lead to paradigm change in advertising. It’s allowing companies a conversation with both prospects and established clients. Social Media is also a great data collection tool for what the outside is talking about without formal focus groups,it is unsolicited response. But all this is not without cost any social media campaign will have to be managed.

    Ian,

The interesting question is what does this mean for photographers.

One message is that photographers need to learn this.

The other message is we may not be needed – or needed as much as image makers.

What is out new role? The create images at 140 at a time?
